One Small Stomper: ECX Shrinks Down the Ruckus Monster Truck
After announcing a few new budget-friendly 1/10 R/C trucks, ECX has turned its attention to the small-scale end of the spectrum by building a downsized version of their popular Ruckus monster truck. The new, 1/24 scale Ruckus packs a lot of punch into a small package. With great features that you'll find in some larger-scale radio-controlled vehicles, this compact monster truck comes with a 2.4GHz radio system, is four-wheel drive, and . Some additional items that are unique to this vehicle (and becoming standard on similar, compact ready-to-run (RTR) R/C vehicles) are USB charging and a 2-in-1 receiver/ESC combo.
As with many of the other models in the ECX lineup, this new monster truck is focused on fun. In a small, take-anywhere package, this may surpass other smaller-scale models as your "grab and go" R/C vehicle. Priced at $79.99, this truck may be one of the best options for a stocking stuffer this holiday season.
